Why Learn Reiki with Me
For me, Reiki is something I live every day. I give myself Reiki, I live by the Five Ideals, and after more than 20 years, I’m still learning, practicing and deepening my relationship with it.
When you train with me, you learn the foundations of Reiki and we practice a lot, but the four days are about much more than techniques. I teach through my own experiences and stories, I listen to yours, and we learn, share and practice together. I bring what I’ve learned from practicing Reiki with thousands of people into the room.
If you’re interested in practicing Reiki professionally or eventually creating a business around it, we can talk about that too. And if Reiki is simply something you want for yourself, that is just as important.
I put a lot of care into what I teach, including additional material I’ve created myself. And after the training, I stay with you through the 21 days that follow, with a private WhatsApp group where I continue to guide you and answer your questions.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy practice developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century. It is practiced through gentle touch, or with the hands held just above the body, and is traditionally used to support relaxation, balance and a greater sense of well-being.
The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words: Rei, often translated as universal or spiritual wisdom, and Ki, meaning life force energy. In Reiki practice, the practitioner works with this energy through the hands, while the person receiving remains fully clothed and simply rests.
For me, Reiki is both a practice and a way of living. The Five Reiki Ideals are an important part of that philosophy, encouraging us to bring greater awareness, gratitude, honesty and compassion into everyday life.

What is Holy Fire® Reiki?
Holy Fire® Reiki is a form of Reiki introduced by William Lee Rand through the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) in 2014. It builds on the traditional Usui Reiki system and is the form of Reiki I teach today.
According to the ICRT, Holy Fire® Reiki was developed as a more refined expression of Reiki energy and is used for purification, healing, empowerment and guidance. The word “Holy” is not religious; it refers to a sense of wholeness.
Holy Fire® Reiki is introduced during Levels 1 & 2 and continues through the Master and Karuna Reiki® levels.
Holy Fire® Reiki Compared to Usui Reiki
Usui Reiki and Holy Fire® Reiki share the same foundations, including the Five Reiki Ideals, the traditional Reiki symbols and the progression through Levels 1, 2 and Master training. Holy Fire® Reiki is not a separate Reiki system; it builds on the Usui tradition.
One of the main differences is how Reiki is passed on to students. In traditional Usui Reiki, teachers use attunements. In Holy Fire® Reiki, these are replaced by what the ICRT calls Placements and Ignitions, which are guided experiences designed to connect the student directly with Reiki energy.
In this training, you will learn the foundations and practices of Usui Reiki together with the Holy Fire® III approach that I have been trained to teach through the ICRT lineage.

Your Training Path
I teach Usui / Holy Fire® III World Peace Reiki within the lineage of the International Center for Reiki Training. The training follows a progressive path, allowing you to continue through each level if you choose.
Levels 1 & 2 are taught together over four full days in Paris and form the foundation of your Reiki practice.
Master Training is available after a minimum of six months following Level 2, giving you time to practice and integrate what you have learned.
Karuna Reiki® Master Training is an advanced level for those who choose to continue further.
You don’t need to know today how far you want to go. You can begin with Levels 1 & 2, practice, integrate, and decide what feels right for you.
Reiki Level 1 - Foundations
Reiki Level 1 introduces you to the foundations of the Usui system, with a focus on self-Reiki and practicing Reiki with others. We combine teaching, discussion, guided experiences and a lot of hands-on practice. You will both give and receive complete Reiki sessions during the training.

How to connect to Reiki and work with the energy through your hands

Reiki Level 2 - Deepening the Practice
Reiki Level 2 deepens your practice and expands the ways you can work with Reiki after completing Level 1. You are introduced to the traditional Level 2 symbols and learn how to use them for yourself, with others and at a distance. We continue with teaching, discussion, guided experiences and plenty of practice.
During Level 2, you will learn and receive:
Review and integration of Reiki Level 1
The three traditional Reiki Level 2 symbols and how to use them
How to use the symbols in self-Reiki and sessions with others
How to practice Reiki at a distance
How to work with Reiki for specific situations and intentions
Using Reiki to work with mental and emotional patterns

My Reiki Training & Lineage
I began my Reiki training in 2007 in Milan within the Usui tradition and have continued studying, practicing and deepening my work ever since. I began practicing professionally in 2011 and have trained through Master level in Usui Reiki, Karuna Reiki® and Holy Fire® Reiki.
My training has continued throughout the years with teachers including Nita Mocanu, Colleen Benelli and William Lee Rand, founder of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT). I regularly return to trainings and review courses because I believe Reiki is a lifelong practice and there is always more to learn.
