Many Breathwork Facilitators do not like to coach, but for me, Coaching is an important part of my sessions and at the heart of the Breathe in Paris Method. Coaching is about connecting with you, encouraging you to do your best, to help you grow. It is about challenging you to find the answers to your questions on your own. During my sessions, I courageously guide you in the most powerful way possible. I take you as far as I have been myself so that you can create an exponential life. And when I mix that with Breathwork and meditation, I'm able to go deeper into your heart. To understand you better and to feel what is going on in your life at a deeper level.
