    For Individual Sessions: My Signature Sessions (for one or two people) and Coaching Calls are a great way to experience my work and get a taste of what to expect in the programs. Book your session directly on my website and pay online. You don’t need to book a Discovery Call for these.

    For Programs: You can purchase a program directly from the corresponding pages, or send me an email to book a free 15-minute Discovery Call if you’d like to discuss your goals before committing.

    Explore Replays or Classes: Try one of my replays or join a live class to get a closer look at what I do and my method—without needing to invest in private sessions.

It’s been a long journey, and I’m still on it, continuously learning and growing. These practices have helped me move through challenges, face my fears, and step into a more authentic version of myself.

    Breathe in Paris offers a range of experiences—from replays and group classes to individual sessions and transformational programs. My goal is to push my clients out of their comfort zones and guide them toward meaningful growth. Whether you’re learning to master your breath, exploring a new perspective, or embracing the unfamiliar, the process can feel uncomfortable at first. Like any new habit, it’s not always easy—but the rewards are profound.

    These offerings are designed for individuals who are ready to commit to their growth and take ownership of their journey. They’re not for those looking for quick fixes or expecting someone else to do the work. If you’re willing to face your fears, challenge your limits, and actively participate in creating change, I can provide the tools, support, and space you need to transform—just as these practices have done for me.

  • I’m based in Paris (CET) and have worked with clients all over the world. This is my typical schedule:

    • SOS Coaching Calls (1 hour): Fridays between 11h and 14h CET.

    • Signature Sessions (4 hours): on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 16h, 17h, or 18h CET.

    • Signature Sessions for Two : These sessions are best scheduled at 14h or 15h. If you don’t find availability on my site, please contact me directly to discuss options.

    • Please note that I don’t offer private sessions on weekends unless it’s an absolute last resort.

    If you’re in a different time zone and these times don’t work for you, let me know, and of course I’ll do my best to find a time that fits your schedule.

    • Individual sessions and Programs can be paid directly online by credit card. While I offer payment plans for my Programs, payment for individual sessions must be made in full.

    • If you’d prefer to pay for a Program by bank transfer—either in full or with a payment plan—send me a message, and I’ll provide my RIB for the transfer.

    • Once your payment is received, we’ll begin booking your sessions, or we can discuss and schedule them together on a call.

    • Inner Transformation 12-Week Program: you can choose to pay in full (5 500 € TTC) or in two installments of 3 000 € TTC—one at registration and the second one month later (6 000 € TTC total).

    • Deep Healing 12-Month Program: you can pay in full (11 000 € TTC) or opt for a monthly payment plan: 1 000 € TTC at registration, followed by 1 000 € TTC each month for 12 months (12 000 € TTC total).

    • All sessions must be paid in full before they take place.

  • Yes, we can provide an invoice. Once you’ve made your purchase, please fill out this Invoice Request Form, and we'll get that to you within 5 business days.

  • Depending on availability, I recommend starting with one session per week for the first four sessions, then spreading the remaining sessions out over the duration of the Program. We can discuss and finalize this schedule in advance to suit your needs.

    To ensure availability, I suggest booking at least two months ahead of time, as my calendar fills up quickly. Staying consistent with a weekly schedule—ideally at the same time and day—helps keep everything organized and on track. I’m happy to assist you in finding the best times for your sessions.

  • You can text me anytime, 24/7. I’ll respond within 48 hours.

  • This session includes a full Breathwork and Reiki experience, along with coaching, tarot, and meditation. While it's highly recommended to experience it in person, Zoom is an excellent alternative if that’s not possible! These are the basis of all my Programs.

    • Phase 1: We'll begin by chatting, and I’ll listen intently to understand your goals and where you may need balance in your life. We’ll explore what’s working well, what needs adjustment, and address any challenges or fears. Together, we’ll outline both your long-term and short-term goals.

    • Phase 2: I’ll introduce you to the Breathwork technique and explain what to expect during the session. I’ll also answer any questions you may have.

    • Phase 3: I’ll guide you through a Breathwork and/or Reiki session, accompanied by music and my voice. The ambiance is set with candlelight and a cozy massage table to allow for deep exploration and emotional release.

    • Outcome: Breathwork increases awareness while emotionally cleansing the body. Most people leave their session with greater mental clarity, deep relaxation, and a renewed love for life.

  • Each person's journey is different, but most clients begin to notice shifts within the first few weeks. The longer the Program, the deeper and more lasting the transformation. The more you’re committed and engaged between sessions, the more results you’ll see.

  • I am not a therapist or a medical professional, and I do not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions.

    Reiki and Breathwork are gentle, supportive practices designed to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and encourage self-discovery. However, they are not a substitute for medical care or therapy.

    I do not make diagnoses, prescribe substances, perform medical treatments, or interfere with the care provided by licensed medical professionals. If you have any medical concerns, I recommend consulting with your physician before beginning sessions to ensure these practices are suitable for you.

  • After Breathwork sessions, you may notice shifts both physically and emotionally. This can manifest in various ways:

    • Physical symptoms: Headaches, nausea, fatigue, or changes in digestion.

    • Emotional releases: Feelings of anger, sadness, doubt, or heightened emotions.

    • Positive effects: Increased energy, better sleep, improved digestion, and a sense of clarity or confidence.

    These reactions are completely natural and part of the healing and growth process. It’s important to allow these feelings and symptoms to pass without judgment—they’re your body and mind processing and realigning.

    If you’re feeling unsure or overwhelmed, reach out to me, and I’ll help you navigate what’s happening. This is one of the reasons why the Programs are so beneficial—they include WhatsApp support between sessions to help guide you through these shifts.

  • The success of this program depends on your commitment, openness, and active participation. While I’m here to guide and support you, lasting transformation requires you to fully engage with the tools and practices we’ll explore together. The more intention and effort you bring to the process, the more powerful and lasting the results will be.

  • Yes, the Programs are structured to guide you through a meaningful process, and consistency is key to achieving the results you’re looking for. Pausing midway can disrupt your progress and impact the flow of our work together. Of course, if something urgent comes up and we plan ahead, adjustments can be made—but to truly honor this journey and yourself, I encourage you to stay committed to the process.

  • No. You’re so nice to think of someone else, but I know from experience that the person who wants to stop midway is often avoiding the deeper work. It’s at those uncomfortable moments when real transformation begins. So, no, the Program is not transferable. However, you can take a friend to one of my in-person group classes or do a Signature Session for Two with them!

  • Breathwork isn’t simply a relaxation technique—it’s a practice that can be physically, mentally, and emotionally intense. It’s not recommended if you have a history of cardiovascular disease, glaucoma, retinal detachment, severe mental illness, seizures, advanced osteoporosis, recent major injury or surgery, or asthma (unless you have your inhaler with you). If you are pregnant, this style of breathing is also not advised. Please consult your doctor first, or feel free to contact me directly at susan@susanoubari.com to discuss alternatives. If you have a cold, sore throat, or the flu, it’s advisable not to do Breathwork and to postpone the session. Please let me know 24 hours ahead of time. See my cancellation policy.

  • Breathwork in my sessions is intense—both physically and emotionally. It’s not for everyone, but it’s the practice that has transformed my life and the lives of thousands of clients all over the world. If you have a physical reason why you can’t do it, we can absolutely adapt the session to fit your needs.

    For individual Signature Sessions or Programs, you can fully participate without doing Breathwork. I’ll personalize the experience to include other breathing techniques, coaching, meditation, journaling, and a full Reiki session—ensuring the session meets you where you are.However, for Signature Sessions for Two, it’s important that both participants are able to engage in Breathwork. This ensures both of you can experience the full depth of the practice together.

    In every case, we’ll focus on what feels best for you so you can experience powerful shifts and create meaningful change.

  • No prior experience is necessary. The programs are tailored to meet you where you are, whether you’re a beginner or have been on a spiritual journey for years.

  • Yes, I often go overtime! I recommend avoiding important appointments right after our sessions. You may need time to integrate, take notes, or simply relax. It's best not to rush the experience.

  • Absolutely! I’ve been giving Zoom private sessions since I founded Breathe in Paris. With professional video, sound, and lighting equipment, I create a space that feels just as sacred as being in person. My clients in places like Vancouver, NYC, Honduras, London, and Belgium keep coming back via Zoom. Plus, you’ll get a recording of the session to revisit or redo the Breathwork whenever you like.

  • Yes, you have the flexibility to attend sessions either in person or via Zoom, depending on your schedule and location. We can work together to make sure it fits your needs.

  • These Programs are designed for consistency and progress, but if you need to pause for travel, holidays, or if there’s a scheduling conflict on either end, we can work around it while making sure you get the most out of the experience.

  • If you're too sick to come to your session, we can reschedule the session for the following week. Your health is a priority, and we’ll make sure to find a new time.

  • No problem! We’ll adjust the Program dates around your vacation, and you can pick up the sessions once you’re back. The program is flexible enough to accommodate your travel plans.

  • You’ll get out of the program what you put into it. I’ll provide a variety of options, and you can choose what fits your schedule best. Some ideas include:

    • Creating a vision board

    • Meditating every morning

    • Practicing conscious breathing

    • Journaling

    • Starting a gratitude practice

    • Ho'oponopono (forgiveness meditation)

    • Writing “Flip the Switch” confidence statements

    • Relationship healing letters

    • Confidence-building actions

    • Exploring Circles of Concern

    • Strengthening intuition

    • Crafting a business plan

    • Doing things that push you out of your comfort zone!

  • For the 12-Week Program, you’ll have up to 16 weeks from the start date to complete all sessions.

    For the 12-Month Program, you’ll have up to 15 months.

    After the deadline, any remaining sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • These sessions are for you if you’re ready to push yourself, face challenges, and work toward lasting change. Breathwork is a physically and emotionally demanding practice that can strengthen your resilience and help you address what’s holding you back. It’s not always easy, but it’s worth it if you’re committed to the process.

    If Breathwork isn’t right for you—whether due to personal preference or medical reasons—sessions can be adapted to include techniques like Reiki, meditation, coaching, or journaling. My goal is to meet you where you are and support your progress in a way that works for you.
