You’ll experience a guided meditation to set the tone, explore the theme with journaling prompts and Tarot, and then use your breath to take it all to another level. The 75-minute Breathwork practice is the heart of the Masterclass, combined with Reiki, music, and my guidance to help you process, release, and realign. With time for reflection and group connection, it’s an intimate, impactful experience from start to finish—all from the comfort of your own home. Transformation starts the moment you choose to show up. Let’s begin.

Do you ever feel like your inner critic has taken over and is drowning out the voice that believes in you? What if you could shift those thoughts into ones that lift you up and remind you of your true potential? Some days we crush it; some days we feel crushed. But no matter what kind of day you're having, positive affirmations can be your secret weapon to boost your mental health and shift your mindset. Telling yourself how great you are can feel awkward and you’ve maybe questioned if they even work. But here’s the truth: they aren’t just feel-good phrases or a self-help trend. When paired with intention and action, they’re a powerful, science-backed tool to rewrite your story. In this Masterclass, you’ll learn how to combine positive affirmations with journaling, meditation, Reiki and Breathwork to turn them truly transformative. Together, we’ll move past the skepticism and create a foundation of radical self-love—even on the toughest days. You’ll leave ready to quiet the doubt, step into your power, and start creating a ripple effect of confidence and resilience in your life.
HOW TO PREPARE YOURSELF :
Wear comfortable and warm clothing (socks and sweater). You might get cold during Breathwork.
Print out any documents sent to you ahead of time. If not, it’s okay, you can follow along anyway.
Bring a diary and pen. Buy yourself a fresh and pretty Breathwork Notebook for these Masterclasses.
Find a private and comfortable place to sit and then lie down : yoga mat, couch, bed.
Ask those around you to respect your privacy and avoid interrupting you.
Prepare earphones, an eye mask, cushions for under your knees, a blanket to cover you.
Create a cozy ambiance such as incense or candles.
Make sure you have good wifi and a charger.
It’s better - but not required - to use a computer so you can have your camera aimed at your body during Breathwork.

The time indicated is Paris time CET.
This Masterclass is in English and French. I translate back and forth between the two languages, so don't worry if you don't understand one and please be patient.
Beginners and experts are welcome!

Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of time so I can say hi and don't plan anything afterwards (sometimes I go over schedule, especially if you want to stay for Q&A).
This Masterclass will be recorded and you’ll receive the downloadable replay the next day. You can keep it for LIFE.
Breathwork is most effective on an empty stomach, so it’s best to not eat or drink liquids up to 2-hours beforehand.

Keep your cameras on unless you don’t have good wifi. There’s absolutely no judgment or comparison allowed in The Breathe in Paris community, so just show up and be yourself!
Please change your name on your screen to your first and last name. Click onto the screen, go to Participants, find your name, click More, Rename. This makes it more personal and that way I know who you are (you’re not an “iPhone”).
Stay for the 30-minute Q&A discussion at the end! You can turn off your cameras if that makes you feel more comfortable. This time is a great way to hear about other people’s experiences or to share your own. I’m here for you and there’s no judgment!
THE POWER OF DISTANT SESSIONS AND REPLAYS :
Breathwork from a distance is just as powerful as being in the same room with me, and maybe even better. You’ll still get all the benefits—Reiki, my energy, and the collective group vibe—without missing a thing.
Here’s why it works :
I use a professional microphone and sound system so you can hear every word, every note of music, and especially my breath (much better than in an in-person session actually). My camera and lighting setup is super high quality to create an intimate, immersive experience, and when using earphones, it feels like I’m right there guiding you.
You’re in the comfort of your own home. I recommend doing the session in your bedroom—a private, cozy space where you can fully relax, whether on your bed or the floor.
Reiki and energy know no boundaries, so even from a distance, you’ll feel connected and supported. As I give Reiki during the Breathwork session, I’ll tell you where I’m placing my hands so you can really feel the connection to me. Plus, the group energy adds an incredible collective power that takes the experience even deeper.
WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Breathwork is a powerful technique for self-exploration, healing, and personal growth. In my Breathe in Paris Method, we use a practice called Two-Stage Pranayama—a simple yet transformative breathing technique involving two inhales followed by one exhale, all through the mouth. This circular, connected breathing lasts up to 30 minutes and is done lying down with your eyes closed, guided by my voice and inspiring music. After the active breathing session, you’ll experience approximately 20 minutes of “Integration,” where you return to a natural nose breath and allow your body to recover and return to its normal state. The deep breathing changes the balance of gases in your blood by increasing oxygen and lowering carbon dioxide levels. This controlled, voluntary hyperventilation naturally induces an altered state of consciousness, enabling the release of deep-seated emotions.
During the session, it’s common to experience emotional releases like crying, laughing, or screaming, as well as physical sensations such as tingling, cramping, shivering, or muscle spasms. These reactions are entirely normal and necessary for emotional and energetic release. Many people report a profound sense of clarity, calm, and well-being after a session. A single Breathwork session can create a significant shift, but practicing regularly can provide lasting benefits, such as overcoming depression, managing addiction, connecting with your soul, improving sleep, boosting confidence, and reducing stress.
BREATHWORK IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CERTAIN PEOPLE :
It is important to understand that the Two-Stage Breathwork I teach is a form of Holotropic® Breathwork. This is not a relaxation technique; it is a physical, mental, and emotional challenge. As such, it is not recommended for those with a sore throat, cold, fever, stomach flu, or for individuals with a history of cardiovascular disease, glaucoma, retinal detachment, severe mental illness, seizures, or advanced osteoporosis. This practice is also not suitable for anyone recovering from a recent physical injury or major surgery. If you have asthma, please ensure you have your inhaler with you. Additionally, Breathwork is not recommended for pregnant individuals, even in the early stages of pregnancy. That said, this practice is completely safe to try at home when guided by an experienced teacher like myself. You are always in control and can stop whenever you need to. However, the real goal is to step out of your comfort zone, preparing your mind to confront fears, release limitations, and tap into your full potential—without giving in to the excuses that often hold you back.
