Expériences Extraordinaires 3

I’ll be guiding a Breathwork session at the Expériences Extraordinaires 3 event at Le Grand REX, the most beautiful theater in France, on June 21, 2025. This is a dream come true, I hope to see you there!

THE EXPERIENCE :

I’ll be stepping onto the stage of Le Grand REX in Paris to take part in Expériences Extraordinaires 3, an immersive event that brings together leaders and visionaries exploring the untapped potential of the human mind. Throughout the day, you will experience sessions on Breathwork, hypnosis, memory, mantras, reincarnation research, meditation, and more. Each moment is designed to awaken the senses and expand awareness, brought to life through sound, light, and movement, inside one of the most iconic theaters in Europe.

WHAT I’M BRINGING TO THIS EXPERIENCE :

I’ll be guiding a live Breathwork journey created for something rare: a collective release in a space this big, this alive, and this full of possibility. Thousands of people will be in the room. Each one carrying a different story, a different past, a different reason for showing up. And yet, for a moment in time, we’ll all be breathing as one. Inside this immersive bubble, the noise quiets, the outside world softens, and we connect through a shared rhythm without needing words. Some will feel their shoulders finally drop. Others may notice their racing thoughts begin to slow, or a wave of emotion rise without warning. A few might cry. Many will simply feel a kind of calm they forgot was possible. There’s no pressure. No performance. Just a chance to come back to yourself gently, honestly, and breath by breath.

THE PROMISE I MADE TO MYSELF :

Three years ago, I made a promise to myself. On February 19, 2023, I was sitting in the audience at Le Grand Rex, watching Dr. Joe Dispenza speak. I remember thinking, “In two years, I’ll be the one guiding a Breathwork session on this stage.”. It wasn’t something I could plan or sign off on right away, but the vision was already there. Taking part in Expériences Extraordinaires 3 at Le Grand Rex is the result of that promise. Not because I waited for it to happen, but because I believed in it and kept showing up for it and for myself through every breath and thought. I’ve had my share of highs and lows. I’ve known success, I’ve known collapse, and I’ve reinvented myself more times than I’d like to admit. But through it all, I never gave up on what truly matters. Every step of my journey has brought me here, and I’m deeply grateful to everyone who has walked with me along the way. What I share with you isn’t just a technique. It’s a way of living. A way of moving through the tough moments and staying true to the things that matter most. If you want to learn anything from me, it’s this: always come back to your truth, your purpose, and the belief in something bigger than yourself. This isn’t just a milestone. It’s a full circle moment. A reminder that everything begins with a simple intention and the courage to trust it. I hope you’ll be there to share it with me!
