I’m very happy to be part of The Health & Wellbeing Day - “Where Science Meets Soul” in London, created by FUEGO. This event brings together professionals from different fields, exploring how science and wellbeing can meet to understand how we function, how we feel, and how we live. It’s also special for me to be part of something organized by Diana Oblak, a graduate of The Breathe in Paris School®, and to see this work continue through her. I’ll be guiding both a keynote and a Breathwork session during the day, to help you reconnect with your breath and experience what can shift when you start from within.
THE EXPERIENCE :
Through both the keynote and the Breathwork session, I’ll guide you back to your breath as a way to regulate your nervous system, shift your state, and reconnect with yourself.
During the keynote, I’ll share how the way we breathe impacts how we feel, think, and live. Drawing from both science and personal experience, I’ll explain patterns that shape the way many of us define success.
During the Breathwork session, I will connect you to your breath while introducing the theme and the four pillars of Breathe in Paris® : meditation, Reiki, coaching and Breathwork. With humor and scientific insight, I will explain the Breathwork technique, what you can expect, and why it's so important to breathe correctly. The second half will be spent lying on your back with a mask covering your eyes as I guide you through the immersive Breathwork journey. This is when the volume of the music increases and the energy moves around the room. A single session is sometimes enough to create a significant change as Breathwork helps reduce anxiety and stress, better manage emotions, improve the digestive system and physical performance. Breathwork is purely experiential and no two sessions are alike. Be prepared to step out of your comfort zone and you just may emerge transformed. Please note that this class is for beginners and experts, but Breathwork is not recommended for certain people, see below.
THE THEME : “BREAKING THE P CODE”
In this keynote, I explain what I call “the P Code”: the unconscious patterns of performance, perfectionism, productivity, and people-pleasing that shape how many of us live and define success. Drawing from my years in the fashion industry and my work with Breathwork and Reiki, I’ll share how chronic stress and disconnection from the body can lead to burnout and loss of direction. Blending science and personal experience, I’ll introduce the breath as a powerful tool to regulate the nervous system, restore energy, and reconnect with oneself. By shifting the way we breathe, we begin to shift the way we live. This talk is an invitation to move from performance to presence, from perfection to participation, and from productivity to purpose, not by changing everything, but by learning to experience life differently, from the inside out.
THE THEME : “BREATHWORK TO FLIP THE SWITCH”
What if one hour could change the way you feel, think, and see something that’s been on your mind? Through your breath, you can shift your state in real time, and that changes how you experience things. In this 60-minute session, I’ll explain how conscious breathing regulates the nervous system and opens the door to a new perspective. Flip the Switch is about catching self-limiting thoughts and choosing to see things differently. Using guided breathing techniques and music, I’ll lead a 40-minute Breathwork experience where that shift can happen in real time. Come with something you want to turn around, and leave seeing it in a new way, with simple tools to reset and move forward.

The mat and a blanket are provided by FUEGO.
Please try not to drink too many liquids before the session so that you won’t need to be taking toilet breaks during class. Please go pee ahead of time.
