3 Replays

  • Breathwork to Heal Past Wounds

“To create change, it's crucial that both our body and mind are on the same page.” ~ Poppy Jamie

We've all been through breakups, conflicts, or tough times. Some of these experiences we come to terms with, but others linger within us, manifesting as tension, stomach knots, or headaches. Often, we don't connect these events to the physical discomfort they bring. In this "Breathe with Susan" session, we'll delve into the burdens we carry and release this negative energy using an ancient Reiki technique called "entity release." This practice is known for healing old wounds and can be applied to all aspects of your life. When combined with coaching, meditation, and Breathwork, it becomes a powerful tool to shed tension and boost your overall well-being and fulfillment.

  • Breathwork to Let Go of Worry and Control

“To change ourselves effectively, we first have to change our perceptions.” ~ Stephen Covey

In this session, we’ll dive into Stephen Covey’s “Circles of Concern and Influence” to understand how to shift your focus from what you can’t control to what you can influence. Worry often comes from placing energy in areas beyond our control, leaving us overwhelmed and powerless. This session will help you identify the areas where you’re currently spending your energy, empowering you to redirect your attention to spaces where you can make meaningful changes. Through coaching, meditation, Reiki, and Breathwork, we’ll release the tension caused by trying to control the uncontrollable and create a sense of inner calm.

  • Breathwork for Forgiveness and Ho'oponopono

“Forgiveness is the key to action and freedom.”
    ~ Hannah Arendt

Are you ready to let go of resentment and restore balance in your life? Ho’oponopono, an ancient Hawaiian healing practice, uses four powerful phrases—“I’m sorry,” “Please forgive me,” “Thank you,” and “I love you”—to cleanse negative emotions, heal relationships, and transform emotional patterns. This technique fosters self-responsibility and helps release conflicts tied to love, friendships, work, health, or finances. In this session, we’ll combine meditation, journaling, Reiki, and Breathwork to free yourself from past burdens, embrace forgiveness, and create space for inner peace and growth.

Examples of Students Videos

These videos, shared with permission from graduates of The Breathe in Paris School, are here to inspire you as you create your two certification videos. Use them as a reference and please keep them confidential, but remember that each video is unique—just like each student. What I love most is seeing your individuality shine through. Let these examples guide you, but stay true to yourself and your personal way of sharing the Breathe in Paris method. I recommend recording your videos after completing all five group sessions, assisting me three times, and taking as many replays on your own. This is one of the final pieces of homework you should complete, and I can’t wait to see what you’ll create!
