“Breathe with Susan”

21 classes | ~3h each | in 🇫🇷 & 🇺🇸 | all levels | 25€/replay
Meditation | Reiki | Journaling | Breathwork

Workshops Overview

In each of the replays of this series, I’ll start by introducing the “theme of the day” during a seated meditation to connect you to your breath and to the deep Reiki healing energy. After pulling a Tarot card, you’ll be given some time to free-flow write using prompts around the theme. Free writing is a technique where you write continuously for a set amount of time. The goal is to help you reflect, process emotions, and unlock your creative mind without worrying about grammar, sentence structure, spelling, or even word choice. This opens communication between your conscious, cognitive mind and the unconscious, intuitive mind before turning it all off during the Breathwork.

Then, with humor and scientific facts, I’ll explain the Breathwork technique, what you can expect, and why it's so important to breathe correctly. For all the “expert Breathworkers” out there, you can use this time to continue writing, to meditate, or to lie down to rest.

Finally we’ll begin the Breathwork session. I’ll lead you on a uniquely moving journey into yourself using uplifting music, inspiring words, Reiki, and your breath. This 75-minute breathing segment is divided into three parts :

  1. Meditation : 10-minutes of conscious nose breathing as I guide you on an in-depth body scan visualization to prepare you for the Breathwork and to anchor the theme.

  2. Breathwork : 30-minutes of active Two-Stage Pranayama mouth Breathwork to take you on a deeper dive into your subconsciousness.

  3. Integration : 30-minutes of natural nose breathing as you recover and integrate the experience.

We’ll conclude the session with a final intention-setting meditation for the week ahead of you, and I’ll be around to answer questions for anyone who wants to stay for half an hour of questions and answers.

  • Do you often feel like a victim? Do you often feel misunderstood? Do you cling to toxic relationships? These are just a couple of questions to consider if inner child work could be beneficial for you. The term “inner child” refers to that part of you holding onto past pains, hurts, traumas, and emotional distress that affect your ability to function and make healthy choices in your present life, whether consciously or not. In this transformative session, we'll do journaling, meditation, Reiki, and Breathwork to begin a dialogue with your inner child. By reflecting on your past self and releasing pent-up emotions, you'll discover how to reparent your inner child, ensuring it feels the love and safety it may have lacked during childhood. My goal is to share with you the tools needed to better protect yourself and respond to triggers in a more adaptive way. Inner child work may evoke strong emotions, so remember to be gentle with yourself and honor your journey. Bringing a photo of yourself as a young child can deepen the experience.

  • "Daring to set boundaries is about having the courage to love ourselves, even when we risk disappointing others." ~ Brené Brown. Is it hard for you to say no? Do you sometimes struggle to take time for yourself? Are you worried about what others might think and end up sacrificing your true self? This Breathe with Susan session delves into the significance of setting boundaries, not to build walls but to fill our lives with meaningful activities and become more present for the people and things that truly matter. Defining boundaries is a process of clarifying what is and isn't acceptable in our relationships. This process varies from person to person and may evolve over time. Healthy limits are the basis for fulfilling relationships and a meaningful life. They act like a compass, directing our attention to self-care while fostering trust, security, and respect in our interactions with friends, partners, and family members. We'll use journaling, meditation, Reiki, and Breathwork to gain clarity about our priorities, boost our confidence to speak your mind, and better understand others' viewpoints. In the end, my wish is that this session will empower you to take that first step toward setting yourself free.

  • “Do not wait; the time will never be ‘just right.’ Start where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along.” – George Herbert. As we step into the new year, many of us set resolutions. Whether you love or hate this idea, remember that resolutions are great! They help us set goals and give our lives and projects purpose. Starting the new year with the intention of becoming a better version of ourselves is a wonderful tradition. However, we often struggle to stay motivated and see lasting change. After a few days or weeks, we lose track, and our resolutions fade away. In this Breathwork class, we'll explore the art of personal goal setting, allowing you to lead life on your terms. I'll ask a simple question: What do you truly want to achieve in 2024? Through journaling, we'll dig deeper, and we'll commit to your dreams by defining your goals. Then, I'll guide you in a Breathwork session with meditations and Reiki to tap into your determination, willpower, and inner strength to stick to your 2024 goals. You'll leave feeling invigorated and excited“Do not wait; the time will never be ‘just right.’ Start where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along.” – George Herbert

  • Managing stress is crucial, and it's something that many of us face daily, whether it's at work, school, or home. According to the American Psychological Association, everyday stress occurs when you feel that the demands and pressures around you become too heavy to handle. In other words, it happens when you have a lot on your plate, and it puts pressure on you. Stress is a part of life, and sometimes, it can even be helpful in motivating us. However, there are times when challenging events occur, such as illness or job loss, which can make things even more stressful. When that happens, it can have effects on your body and mind, like sleep problems, muscle tension, or even behaviors such as drinking or smoking more than usual.

But here's the good news: even though you can't always control what's happening around you, you have the power to control how you react. During the "Breathe with Susan" session, we’ll take the time to figure out what's stressing you right now and use meditation, journaling, and Breathwork to transform it into something positive. This process will help you develop effective strategies to manage stress and create a more enjoyable journey in life. So, if you're feeling overwhelmed by stress, remember that there are ways to address it and regain control. Together, we can work towards a more balanced and stress-free life.

  • Join me for a session of "Breathe with Susan" where we will explore the concept of "Circles of Concern" and "Influence" as described by Stephen Covey in his book "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People." we explore a powerful coaching concept inspired by Stephen Covey's 'Circle of Concern, Circle of Influence' principle. Discover how to effectively manage your concerns, boost your influence, and harness your control. The three distinct circles – Concern, Influence, and Control – serve as guides to help you navigate life's challenges. Learn how to channel your energy into the Circle of Influence, where you can make positive changes and decisions. Break free from the Circle of Concern, where worries and stress hold you back, and embrace the Circle of Control, where you can actively shape your life. Through journaling, meditation, the 'Circles of Worry' activity, and Breathwork, you'll gain clarity on which circle on you predominantly focus your time and energy. Depending on these circles, your level of proactivity will vary. Whether it's in your personal, relational, or professional life, you have the power to exert a positive influence on your existence. This session will empower you to transform your mindset, take charge of your life, and find serenity amid the chaos.

  • “To create change, it's crucial that both our body and mind are on the same page.” – Poppy Jamie

We've all been through breakups, conflicts, or tough times. Some of these experiences we come to terms with, but others linger within us, manifesting as tension, stomach knots, or headaches. Often, we don't connect these events to the physical discomfort they bring. In this "Breathe with Susan" session, we'll delve into the burdens we carry and release this negative energy using an ancient Reiki technique called "entity release." This practice is known for healing old wounds and can be applied to all aspects of your life. When combined with coaching, meditation, and Breathwork, it becomes a powerful tool to shed tension and boost your overall well-being and fulfillment.

  • “It's never too late to be what you could have been.” ~ George Eliot

Do you often ask yourself what you really want your life to look like? Are you satisfied with your current situation? Are there any fears or obstacles preventing you from pursuing your ideal life? If these questions resonate with you, then this Breathe in Paris course is designed for you.

Many people think that to achieve what they want in life, they have to work hard, earn money and constantly strive for a better future. While that's part of it, creating your ideal life is about living with fulfillment and determination. It's about being aligned with your values, passions and aspirations.

Through Breathwork, Reiki, meditation, journaling and visualization, Susan Oubari will help you connect to your inner vision, clarify your true desires and motivations, and lay a solid foundation for your journey. Say goodbye to settling for things you don't like, or letting fear and insecurity keep you from seizing life's opportunities. Instead, imagine a life where you have the energy and freedom to pursue your passions and, perhaps, make a positive impact on the world!

  • "Abundance is not something that we have, it is something that we are." ~ Deepak Chopra

Are you ready to tap into the abundant energy of July and manifest more financial prosperity into your life? If so, join me for my special Breathe in Paris class around the theme "Breathwork for Financial Abundance."

July is known as the month of abundance, so during this class, we'll use the power of Breathwork, meditation, reiki, coaching, and positive affirmations to help you release stress and anxiety and cultivate a mindset where you can attract anything you desire. Together, we'll create a supportive and uplifting environment where you'll feel empowered to break through limiting beliefs and open yourself up to new opportunities for financial success. You'll leave this class with a greater sense of peace and clarity, and the tools you need to continue attracting abundance into your life.

  • "When you say ‘yes’ to others, make sure you are not saying ‘no’ to yourself." ~ Paulo Coelho

Do you prioritize other people's needs over yours? Do you struggle to say "no" to others even when it means sacrificing your own well-being? If so, it's time to take control of your life and establish healthy boundaries.

As human beings, we avoid saying “no” for different reasons, even if it harms our own well-being: we're afraid that it will put us into conflict with someone, we don’t want to disappoint or hurt the other person, we may be looking for validation, or we're simply too afraid to put our relationships at risk... However, learning to say "no" in a healthy and assertive manner is crucial for setting boundaries and prioritizing our own needs. By doing so, we can reduce stress and anxiety, maintain our mental and emotional health, and improve our relationships with others. Saying "no" allows us to establish healthy boundaries, take care of ourselves, and show up as our best selves in all aspects of our lives.

Through guided meditations, Reiki, journaling and a full Breathwork session, we'll learn how to connect to our breath to set boundaries that are respectful, clear, and effective and explore the reasons why boundaries are crucial for maintaining healthy relationships and emotional well-being. Whether you're dealing with a challenging family member, a demanding boss, or simply want to prioritize your own needs, this workshop will provide you with the tools you need to honor your values and support your goals.

  • “Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken.” ~ Oscar Wilde

Do you often find yourself comparing yourself to others? Do you feel like you're constantly measuring yourself against an unrealistic standard? In today's society, it's easy to fall into that trap. But the truth is, comparing ourselves to others is what holds us back from reaching our goals and pursuing what matters most.

When we compare ourselves to others, we create an unrealistic and often unfair standard for ourselves. We focus on what we don't have or what we can't do, rather than on our own strengths and accomplishments. But now it’s time to focus on you. On watering your grass and building your path. On being the best that you can be. And Breathwork can be a powerful tool for that.

When we connect to our breath, we become more aware of our thoughts and feelings, we observe them without judgment, and we learn to recognize the patterns of comparison and self-criticism that often arise in our minds. By tuning into our own inner wisdom and intuition, we then learn to trust ourselves and our own unique journey, and focus on our own growth and progress.

So if you're ready to let go of comparison and embrace your own unique journey, I invite you to join me for this transformative session. We’ll use Meditation, Reiki, Journaling, and Breathwork to treat ourselves with acceptance, let go of the need to compare ourselves to others, and recognize that we're doing the best we can with what we have, and that's enough!

  • “Your mind is a garden. Your thoughts are the seeds. The harvest can either be flowers or weeds.” ~  William Wordsworth

Spring is a season of renewal, growth, and transformation. It's a time when the natural world comes alive after a period of dormancy, and when we too can tap into this energy of renewal to set positive intentions and create meaningful change in our lives. Setting intentions through Breathwork can be a powerful way to tap into your inner wisdom and connect with your deepest desires. To channel your energy towards positive goals and aspirations. To connect with your values and sense of purpose. To become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My personal intention for you during this session is to support you in creating a space in the garden of your mind, plant the seed of your heart’s intention, and then learn how to cultivate, nurture and water this intent until it’s become a strong tree that can withstand any weather storm.

During the session, we will explore various techniques for setting intentions, including visualization, guided meditation, journaling and of course, Breathwork. Whether you are seeking clarity and direction in your personal or professional life, or simply looking for a space to reflect and connect with yourself, this session is for you.

  • “Nothing can dim the light which shines from within.” ~  Maya Angelou.

There is power inside of you. Did you know that? Yes! You’ve got the power to make things happen. Accessing that inner power, however, isn’t always easy. Sometimes we forget it's there. Or it’s shut off completely. Worse off, we know we have that power, but we’re simply too scared to use it. A common misconception about inner power is that it comes from external factors like your job description, how much money you have, or what other people think of you. But that’s not true. Your inner power comes from within… and our breath reminds us of that. Breath is our life force energy and the more we are aware of our breath and learn how to control it, the more we can tap into our power. Why do we need that power? Because it helps us speak when we need to defend ourselves. It keeps us going when we feel defeated. It pushes us to try new things. And it reminds us what we’re capable of.

During this session, we’ll use Meditation, Reiki, Journaling, and Breathwork to access the light within you. To show you that your inner power is real. It’s inside of you, waiting for you to use it. If you’ve been down, lacking inspiration, or feeling unmotivated lately, give yourself a kick in the butt and come to this session!

  • “The best way to predict your future is to create it not from the known, but from the unknown. When you get uncomfortable in the place of the unknown – that’s where the magic happens.” ~ Dr. Joe Dispenza

Stepping into the unknown can have a different meaning for everyone. It may be entering a relationship, moving to a new town, beginning a new job etc. We all go through these stages in life, where we are unsure of what will happen. And for most of us, it can be scary. This is where Breathwork can help. Breathwork is about trying no matter the outcome. It’s about leaving your comfort zone. It’s about testing your limits and going beyond what you believed was possible. And to me, that’s the beauty of life. In this workshop we’ll use Meditation, Reiki, Journaling, and Breathwork to empower yourself, to embrace what’s beyond your thoughts, to step confidently into the unknown and seize the opportunity it presents. Rather than looking at what could go wrong, we will reframe our perspective and take this session as an invitation for a world of new possibilities to arise.

  • “When your values are clear to you, making better decisions becomes easier.” ~ Roy Disney

Do you have a hard time making decisions? Are you in the middle of making a difficult decision right now? It’s estimated that the average adult makes about 35,000 decisions each day. From choosing what to eat and when to send an email… to deciding what career path to take or what relationships to go into, if we come from a state of presence and awareness, more often than not, the decisions we make will be more aligned to our truth. That’s where Breathwork comes in. Connecting to your breath on a regular basis can help you tap into your intuition, get out of our head, and balance your emotions. And this helps you see things more clearly and make decisions that are in touch with your core values. In this session, we’ll use Meditation, Reiki, Journaling, and Breathwork to intentionally breathe in different ways and show you how the process of making micro-decisions such as intentionally changing your breathing pattern can later apply to bigger decisions in your life. Bring in a decision you’re working on, and maybe by the end of the session, you’ll know what to do!

  • “Being whole and simultaneously part of a larger whole, we can change the world simply by changing ourselves. If I become a center of love and kindness in this moment, then in a perhaps small but hardly insignificant way, the world now has a nucleus of love and kindness that lacked the moment before.” ~ Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn

Because the relationship you have with yourself is the only truly life-long relationship, self-love is the most important love of your life. Why is it important? Because you can't share healthy love with others until you love yourself. By practicing self-love on a regular basis, you’ll discover that everything else improves in your life — your relationships, your health and well-being, your ability to manifest your dreams, and your self-esteem. When we love ourselves more, we can love others more, and then the world becomes a better place. Start with YOU by coming to this workshop! Using guided meditations, Reiki, journaling, and a full Breathwork session, I'll offer you powerful tools to cultivate trust, inner peace and, of course, love within you. I'll guide you to use your breath to open and heal your heart chakra - the center of compassion, joy, forgiveness, and empathy - so that you can appreciate yourself as a human being, accept your strengths and weaknesses, and connect to your true self. By breathing the qualities of love into ourselves, we can then breathe them out into the world : into our inner circles as well as our outer ones.

  • “You are enough. You are doing enough. You have done enough. You don't need to prove your worth to anyone. You can allow yourself to be free.” ~ Vanessa Ooms

Are you tired of struggling with the feeling of not being “good enough”? Do you sometimes feel unimportant or inadequate? The number one thing that blocks us from happiness, fulfillment, and success is that belief or feeling that we’re not enough… not good enough, not worthy enough, not interesting enough. It can be immensely challenging and painful. Feelings of self-worth may be tied up in upbringing, early relationships, and experiences, and show up when our inner voice makes us feel as though we have to earn our enoughness through productivity, achievements, making tons of money, and being perfect. While everyone has these feelings once in a while, there are ways you can stop the thinking pattern to keep it from affecting your self-esteem. Using guided meditations, Reiki, journaling, and a full Breathwork session, you’ll be guided into knowing, on a cellular level, that you are enough, not matter what. Breathwork is a powerful tool to cleanse the past and to remind you of the potential that’s available to you right now.

  • “When you forgive, you don’t change the past, but you sure do change the future” ~ Bernard Meltzer

Is one of your relationships in trouble, or are you trying to recover from past hurts? Are you worried about someone or are you in a toxic relationship right now? In this session I will teach you the Hawaiian technique of ho’oponopono, an ancient art of forgiveness that enables you to discover who you really are, and help you release constricting emotions, thoughts and memories from the past. In my experience, this practice is probably one of the most powerful tools anyone can choose for healing any relationship, including that which you have with yourself. When combined with Breathwork, it has a longer-lasting impact because you subconsciously release patterns that are no longer in alignment with your highest truth. Using guided meditations, Reiki, journaling, and a full Breathwork session, we’ll connect to someone you need to forgive and use Ho’oponopono to start the process of healing. You don't need to be in someone's physical presence for Ho'oponopono to be effective. After this session you’ll have the necessary knowledge to be able to continue this practice on your own so you can make peace with yourself, your ancestry, and all of your relations.

  • Buddha once said, "Learn to let go, that is the key to happiness."

Are you holding onto resentments or past regrets? Do you ever feel paralyzed with fear? Is a toxic relationship bringing you down? We often hold on to relationships, habits, or routines even though we know it's not doing us any good. Letting go can be one of the hardest things you do in life, but it’s also one of the most powerfully liberating. In this workshop we’ll use Meditation, Reiki, Journaling, and Breathwork to help you let go of what no longer serves you. If it’s time to break free from a situation at work, a broken heart, or a negative chapter in your life that has dragged you down for far too long, this class is exactly the emotional detox you need. Make today be the day you release the past so that you can move forward to live your very best life.

  • “Showing up and being vulnerable and real can be scary. However, being seen can transform your life. Let people see and know the real you.” ~ Brené Brown

Do you wish you could speak up more than you do? In which circumstances are you not being heard? Speaking up is when you communicate publicly, assertively, and honestly for the rights and needs of yourself and others. If you overcome your fear to ask someone for a date, a raise, or help with a project, that is an act of self-assertiveness and it takes courage. But it doesn’t come easy to everyone, we’ve all been there, believe me. If you find people speaking over you, ignoring what you say, or misinterpreting your meaning it can affect your self-esteem and hold you back in life. It can feel frustrating and isolating not to be able to express an opinion or to speak from your heart. Breathwork can help you cope with anxieties around self-expression such as racing thoughts, fear of being judged, and limiting beliefs. Yes, truly expressing yourself can be a very vulnerable act, but I’m here to remind you that you ARE worthy of being heard. You have a unique and special voice that is overflowing with possibilities. In this session, using Meditation, Journaling, Reiki, Breathwork, and an uplifting playlist, we’ll use the breath to boost your confidence and cleanse the blockages that are preventing you from speaking up, being heard, and living an honest life.

  • “To begin with the end in mind means to start with a clear understanding of your destination so that the steps you take are always in the right direction.” ~ Stephen R. Covey

Visualisation means creating a mental image of a goal you would like to achieve in the future. Try visualizing your life one year from today… now imagine the last day of your life. If what you see is the same as it is right now, will you be okay with that? How would you really like your future self to be? You’re in shape, you’re happy, you have the business up and running, your network has grown, your marriage has improved, you’re financially secure. Whatever matters to you most, regularly visualizing what success feels and looks like allows you to live with intention and meaning. Maybe it’s time to make a radical shift, starting now. Steven Covey coined the phrase ‘begin with the end in mind’ in one of my favorite books “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”. It means to think about how you would like something to turn out before you get started. It’s based on the principle that all things are created twice. There is a mental (first) creation, and a physical (second) creation. The physical creation follows the mental, just as a building follows a blueprint. During this session, using Meditation and Journaling, I’ll guide you to visualize the way you’d like your ideal life - and future self - to look and feel. Then we’ll take it deeper with Breathwork, Reiki and affirmations to let go of doubts and fears in order to cement that positive image into your mind, body, and soul.

  • “Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.” ~ George Bernard Shaw

So how do you do that? You can start by writing a personal mission statement! Do you know what it is? Think of it as a personal declaration that sums up what you want your life to be about and directs the choices you make. From one sentence to a page long, the statement needs to make clear not just what you intend to do in this world, but how you intend to do it. Why is it important? It becomes the criterion by which you measure everything else in your life. It allows you to be more clear about when to say “yes” or “no” to things based on your own personal values and vision. It also helps you to spot potential hazards or obstacles before you're impacted by them. The process of writing a personal mission statement can provide a sense of inner stability even during times of change. It’s not something you write overnight, so in this session, using Meditation and Journaling, I’ll guide you through the steps to begin creating yours. Then we’ll take it deeper with Breathwork and Reiki to spark inspiration and to help you gain more clarity on what truly matters to you. To enrich the experience, finish your statement on your own afterwards and come to my next session "Breathwork for Visualizing Your Future Self" which will help you to incorporate your statement even more into your life.

  • It’s often said, “Learn from the past and move on through the present to make a better future.”

Let’s celebrate the big lessons you’ve learned - big or small - as we travel back through 2022 in our last Breathe with Susan workshop of the year. Breathing into each month, we’ll revisit your memories, stand-out moments and, yes, even the regrets, as we review the year that was. Life is a journey and each experience, whether positive or negative, offers you infinite lessons to carry forward in life. In this workshop we’ll use Meditation, Reiki, Journaling, and Breathwork, all fused to an upbeat soundtrack, to relive the highlights of 2022, month-by-month. Reflecting on what you took away from 2022 is the best way you can prepare to make 2023 even better. No matter how you lived this year, you’ll leave this session (one of my most popular of the year) ready to close 2022 infused with gratitude and excited to begin a new cycle of intentions and objectives!

  • As Jon Kabat-Zinn said, “The root of true confidence grows from our ability to be in unconditional friendship with ourselves.”

Do you live with a little voice that tells you you are not enough… not beautiful, smart, charismatic, or whatever enough? With that inner-critic that never goes away? Are you suffering from the tell-take signs of a serious void of self-love and confidence : mediocre or chaotic relationships, eating disorders, perfectionism, self-loathing or chronic negativity? Learning how to unconditionally love ourselves is one of the most essential skills we can master in this lifetime. In a world that constantly tells you that you aren’t enough, cultivating self-love is a radical act of self-acceptance and self-expression that allows you to boldly stake out your place in the world.  In this workshop we’ll use Meditation, Reiki, Journaling, and Breathwork to help you overcome debilitating self-doubt and the emotional toll of never feeling “good enough.” Because if you don’t love yourself, nobody will. Not only that, you won’t be good at loving anyone else. Loving starts with YOU. If the time has come to stop being your own worst-enemy and start celebrating who you truly are, this class is your invitation to unlock the Number 1 secret to happiness – Fall in love with yourself!

  • Author Brené Brown summarizes it best : “Vulnerability sounds like the truth and feels like courage.”

What do you associate with the term vulnerability? Is it weakness, embarrassment, or betrayal? Perhaps it’s fear of rejection or ridicule. Are you afraid to show the “real” you to avoid getting hurt. Vulnerability is definitely not a sign of weakness; it’s exactly the opposite. It’s the courage to show up and be seen. But it’s tough to do that in our people-pleasing culture when we’re terrified about what people might see or think. So let me share a little secret : the day I decided to drop my mask and dared to be the real me - flaws and all - is when I finally stepped into my worth. Authenticity is your Superpower. So start feeling safe being vulnerable and honest about your challenges, fears, and experiences. Ask when you need help. Talk about your insecurities. Laugh at your mistakes. In this 2.5-hour workshop we’ll use Meditation, Reiki, Journaling, and Breathwork to help you find the courage and the confidence to live vulnerably so you can become the truest version of yourself. In an age of constant pressure to conform and pretend, this powerful session will open the door to a life-changing alternative: Let go of who you think you’re supposed to be and just be your authentic self. Just be YOU. Loving yourself through the process of owning your story is one of the bravest things you can do.

  • As Oprah Winfrey puts it, “One of life’s greatest risks is never daring to risk.”

Are you always playing it safe? Do you keep finding reasons to not write that book or do the very thing you know will take your career or business to the next level? Maybe the perfectionist in you is convinced you’re just not “ready yet.” But here’s the truth : while taking risks can be absolutely terrifying, growth only happens when you do. In this workshop we’ll use Meditation, Reiki, Journaling, and Breathwork to help you build unstoppable confidence and elevate your self-worth so you can confidently take risks - big and small - and start pursuing your life-long dreams. If the idea of taking a high-stakes risk on yourself breeds insecurity, self-doubt, and fear of failure, this session is exactly what you need to lead you outside your comfort zone and change your risk-averse mind-set... to elevate your life. Oprah didn't find success by playing it safe – and you shouldn’t either.

  • Lao Tzu, an ancient Chinese philosopher, once said: "Watch your thoughts, they become your words; watch your words, they become your actions; watch your actions, they become your habits; watch your habits, they become your character; watch your character, it becomes your destiny."

This workshop could be exactly what you need to shift your mindset to one of abundance in order to bring in what you want and to align your actions with your desires. You are the master of your life and you have more potential than you think, my friend.

  • Mark Twain said, “The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.”
