Welcome!
I was so honored to be invited to be a speaker at this season’s Love, Internationally Summit on October 12, 2024 with Dufflyn Lammers. I’m truly grateful that you took the time to listen to my interview. I hope what I talked about resonated with you or, at the very least, gave you something to reflect on in your own relationships.
Being American and married to a Lebanese man, and having lived in lots of different countries, I’ve experienced the complexities of cross-cultural relationships firsthand. A few things I’ve learned is the importance of being flexible, communicating clearly, and staying open to different perspectives.
And honestly, through it all, Reiki, mindfulness, and Breathwork are the tools that have helped keep my marriage strong and healthy—even after 31 years.
I’d love to share with you what I do at Breathe in Paris and my method that has helped thousands of my clients improve and strengthen their own relationships thanks to a powerful combination of coaching, meditation, Reiki, and Breathwork. As part of my mission to make the world—and our relationships, which are often our world—a safer, more peaceful, and more loving space, I'm super excited to offer you a free replay of my online session, “Breathwork for Healing Relationships”.
This 3-hour session in French and in English is a way to focus on yourself, because all good relationships start within. Take the time, be committed, and hopefully your breath will help you release blocked emotions from the past or guide you toward forgiveness—whether you’re healing yourself, your relationship, or your future.
Be sure to download the WeTransfer link below before it expires, and please keep the file on your computer for personal use only. I look forward to seeing you again soon. Thank you for trusting me on this journey and welcome to the Breathe in Paris Community!
With love and light,
Repeat these positive affirmations to yourself :
“I open my heart to forgiveness and healing, allowing love to flow freely in my relationships.”
“I attract healthy, loving relationships that nurture my growth and well-being.”
“I communicate openly and honestly, creating trust and respect in my connections.”
“I release past hurts and embrace the present with love and understanding.”
“I deserve relationships that bring me peace, joy, and support.”
“I respect my boundaries and those of others, creating healthy, balanced relationships.”

“Breathwork for Healing Relationships”
“When you forgive, you don’t change the past, but you sure do change the future” ~ Bernard Meltzer
Is one of your relationships in trouble, or are you trying to recover from past hurts? Are you worried about someone or are you in a toxic relationship right now? In this session I will teach you the Hawaiian technique of ho’oponopono, an ancient art of forgiveness that enables you to discover who you really are, and help you release constricting emotions, thoughts and memories from the past. In my experience, this practice is probably one of the most powerful tools anyone can choose for healing any relationship, including that which you have with yourself. When combined with Breathwork, it has a longer-lasting impact because you subconsciously release patterns that are no longer in alignment with your highest truth. Using guided meditations, Reiki, journaling, and a full Breathwork session, we’ll connect to someone you need to forgive and use Ho’oponopono to start the process of healing. You don't need to be in someone's physical presence for Ho'oponopono to be effective. After this session you’ll have the necessary knowledge to be able to continue this practice on your own so you can make peace with yourself, your ancestry, and all of your relations.
Workshop Overview
In each of the replays of this series, I’ll start by introducing the theme of the day “Change your Perspective” during a seated meditation to connect you to your breath and to the deep Reiki healing energy. After pulling a Tarot card, you’ll be given some time to free-flow write using prompts around the theme. Free writing is a technique where you write continuously for a set amount of time. The goal is to help you reflect, process emotions, and unlock your creative mind without worrying about grammar, sentence structure, spelling, or even word choice. This opens communication between your conscious, cognitive mind and the unconscious, intuitive mind before turning it all off during the Breathwork.
Then, with humor and scientific facts, I’ll explain the Breathwork technique, what you can expect, and why it's so important to breathe correctly. For all the “expert Breathworkers” out there, you can use this time to continue writing, to meditate, or to lie down to rest.
Finally we’ll begin the Breathwork session. I’ll lead you on a uniquely moving journey into yourself using uplifting music, inspiring words, Reiki, and your breath. This 75-minute breathing segment is divided into three parts :
Meditation : 10-minutes of conscious nose breathing as I guide you on an in-depth body scan visualization to prepare you for the Breathwork and to anchor the theme.
Breathwork : 30-minutes of active Two-Stage Pranayama mouth Breathwork to take you on a deeper dive into your subconsciousness.
Integration : 30-minutes of natural nose breathing as you recover and integrate the experience.
We’ll conclude the session with a final intention-setting meditation for the week ahead of you.
How to Prepare Yourself
Wear comfortable and warm clothing (socks and sweater). You might get cold during Breathwork.
Bring a diary and pen. Buy yourself a fresh and pretty Breath Diary for all these classes.
Find a comfortable place to lie down : yoga mat, couch, bed.
Prepare earphones, an eye mask, cushions for under your knees, a blanket to cover you.
Create a cozy ambiance such as incense or candles.
Breathwork is better on an empty stomach. Try not to eat 2 hours ahead of time.
The Contraindications for Breathwork
If you have any medical conditions or are currently taking medication, it's crucial to consult your doctor before embarking on Breathwork. The technique I teach can elicit a profound physical and emotional release, akin to a high-intensity workout. Therefore, it's not suitable for individuals in the following situations:
Those advised by their doctor against engaging in such activities.
Pregnant individuals.
Those with a hiatal hernia.
Individuals experiencing vertigo.
Those with high blood pressure.
Individuals with spinal injuries.
Those diagnosed with heart disease.
Individuals suffering from severe digestive issues.
Those with severe osteoporosis or other health conditions that could be aggravated by intense breathing practices.
If you fall into any of these categories or have concerns about your suitability for this type of Pranayama breathing, please refrain from attempting it. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or need further clarification.
