Workshops Overview

Join me for an uplifting series of five Breathe in Paris sessions where I’ll teach you the Five Ideals of Reiki, one ideal at a time. These Ideals, which help cultivate happiness, presence, and a fulfilling life, have become an integral part of my morning meditation for the last 15 years now. It is a huge honour to share them with you so that you, too, can create greater balance and peace within yourself and by extension, with the world around you. In each 3-hour class we will do a full Breathwork session while exploring a new Ideal of Reiki. Learn how to bring these ideals into your life while learning how to breathe better and live more consciously.

  • In this session, we will explore your personal idea of worry. Are you often worried? What are you worried about? Worry often arises from fear of the unknown and the loss of control. Often we worry about something that hasn't happened, and therefore doesn't exist yet. We do it out of kindness, to show interest in others, for those we love, or because of an anxious character. Sure, it’s good and healthy to take care of things and others, but in this case our worry not only doesn’t help, on the contrary, it wastes our energy. It creates the opposite of what we want because we’re sending negative energy instead of light. There’s a saying, “If a problem has a solution, why bother? And, if a problem has no solution, why bother?” So what’s the solution? Let it go…

  • In this session we’ll go deep into your personal experience of anger. Are you angry? Why are you angry? Anger is the consequence of worry, and both are caused by the same thing : the desire to control what is happening around us. It’s impossible to never be angry because we’re human. Yet anger is a destructive emotion. In this session, you will discover the signs of anger and learn how to experience this emotion rather than repressing it. You can’t just think your way through repressed anger. Allow this session to help you identify and accept what you’re feeling. You’ll see that by freeing yourself, not only you’ll feel better, but everyone around you will too.

  • In this session, you will explore two key themes: gratitude and forgiveness. Giving thanks means acknowledging life’s blessings and being mindful of the benefits. Do you take the time to give thanks for the beauty of your life, for your health, for a smile received...? Forgiveness involves responding positively to transgressions by offering compassion instead of vengeance. To forgive doesn’t mean forgetting what happened. To forgive means being able to accept a past event, learn your lesson and move on. Have you already forgiven someone who hurt you? How did you feel afterwards? Or are you struggling with forgiveness? Is the anger and pain too strong? Allow this session to help you change perspective by nurturing these positive psychological traits of gratitude and forgiveness.

  • During this session you will discover that living life honestly is not just about respecting the laws and rules of society. This principle is about inner honesty, about understanding the difference between yes and no, and about being in harmony with oneself. So many of us suffer because we are scared to speak up and we end up doing things to please others. As a consequence, we live in regret and anger. In this session we’ll explore what living life honestly means to you, by considering three things : your thoughts, feelings and actions. If these three areas aren’t in harmony, automatically there’s suffering. Are you in harmony with yourself? Are you able to say "yes" when you think "yes" and "no" when you think "no"? Do you know what you believe in? When your actions and behaviours align with your core values, when you dare to take off the mask of perfection and show up just as you are, you’ll see how better your life will be. You’ll gain confidence, cultivate healthier relationships and finally be free.

  • This last ideal has two parts. The first reminds us of the importance of respecting the planet in general - its four kingdoms : human, animal, vegetal and mineral. But it’s first and foremost about respecting others and oneself. How can you do this? Stop judging. Sure, we all judge, it’s part of our daily life, but it’s possible to move away from it by expressing an opinion instead. Obviously, in this bad habit of judging, we don’t spare ourselves either : we’re our worst judges, and consequently we feel guilty all the time. How do you express yourself with others? Are you constantly judging yourself? The second aspect of the fifth ideal is the idea that we are all interconnected through our energy and everything is available and shared. We transmit information of all kinds all the time; everything that affects me affects others, and vice versa. This is possible thanks to the existence of egregores - universal non-physical “databases” full of energy that arise from the energy of a collective group of people. By transforming your way of thinking, by feeding the egregore of goodness and attracting positive energy, you have the power to live your life in harmony with all that surrounds you.
