Breathe for change”

I’m proud to be the co-author of the first book in France dedicated to the subject of Breathwork, released in October 2020. It all began when my press agent invited the head of the beauty/wellness section of Le Figaro, Emilie Veyretout, to test Breathwork during a private Breathe in Paris® session and interview with me. We hit it off instantly and her newspaper article about my work changed my life. I would have never guessed that a year later I’d be celebrating the release of our book, “Breathwork : Respirez pour changer”, where we bring together the best of our respective expertise. We started writing at the beginning of the pandemic, both of us in confinement. Emilie was in Normandy and I was in Paris (I had covid). Four months later, it was done! Writing this book taught me about patience and hard work. It strengthened my self-confidence and helped me confront my fears, but most of all, it gave me a chance to share my story and the Breathwork technique with you.

Here’s a translation of the back cover :

“Breathe better, live better. What if I were to tell you that what you've been looking for was right under your nose? Try this : inhale, exhale and let the breath chase away your fears, release your energy and transform your life. Breathwork is a powerful breathing method developed by American psychologists in the 1970s that has already changed the lives of millions of people. Step by step, through practical exercises, coaching scenes, decoding and exclusive meditations, rediscover who you are, how to manage your emotions and follow through on your projects. Two women, one meeting, two voices. After a career in fashion, Susan decided to devote herself to this discipline. Her classes, both physical and online, have been an exponential success. Emilie Veyretout was the head of the beauty/wellness section of the newspaper Le Figaro for ten years. It was while testing a session with Susan that she had the idea to write this book. Together, they developed an original, accessible coaching program that brings together the best of their respective expertise.”
