Learn how to ‘breathe with purpose’ in this uniquely powerful and moving 2-hour Breathwork, Reiki and Meditation workshop (held in English). Breathwork is the latest self-improvement tool for anyone who wants to create more balance and harmony in their body and mind. This workshop is for you if you want to release stress, increase physical performance and/or just simply live better.
The first hour of this workshop begins calmly with meditations, guided breathing exercises and discussions around a central theme, Reiki and breathing. Each workshop has a different “surprise” theme. I’ll provide paper and pen for our written exercises, but please bring a notebook if you’d like to take more notes.
The second hour is about combining the “theme of the day” with the Breathwork. I’ll begin by explaining the Two-Stage Pranayama technique (also called an ‘Active Meditation’ or ‘Conscious Connected Breathing’) along with what you can expect. Then the energy will increase as you lie on the floor and put the technique to practice. 30 minutes of active breathing and 15 minutes of complete relaxation. And all to an incredible musical playlist as I guide and hold the space for you.
Breathwork is purely experiential and no two sessions are alike. Each person has a different experience, so it’s difficult to describe. But one thing is guaranteed, you’ll feel completely different than how you felt when you came in. Be prepared for some big physical and also emotional shifts.
Mixing Reiki with Breathwork, this is a powerful workshop for exploration, discovery, healing, and personal growth. Working with the breath enables you to take better care of yourself and release beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you. Most people leave breathwork sessions feeling clearer, calmer, more content and relaxed.
Whether you’re a beginner or a more experienced yogi, I’ll make sure you feel comfortable so you can challenge yourself safely. I hope my classes encourage more awareness and help you to connect more mindfully with your bodies, your relations and your environment.
